My No. is 9629608213. I Changed my account from Postpaid to prepaid.my new sim has got activated on 11.03.19 with incoming calls blocked. I repetedly inform to local service station & also to customer care executives till now my complaint not yet rectified.They asked to recharge with Rs.76. But the local sim provider already recharged for Rs 511 as first recharge. So kindly help to rectify the problem.
