I am Ravi Shanker Mishra having a  number using your Airtel services which have been stopped incoming and outgoing calls today I just made a 10 rupees recharge also but services not activated may I know the reason earlier I was having three months recharge but in between I do recharge of hundred rupees to make calls for customer care in that time my unlimited calls facility was converted an it was stopped and later when I did not recharge my incoming and outgoing services has stopped.
