I purchased certain articles from HnM and out of those returned a few. While the return was picked up by delivery partner from Delhivery, all the products were picked from my end. but after reaching the warehouse, I received refunds but the amounts were not complete. On asking the customer care, they said these products have not reached our warehouse so we cant give the complete refund. I asked the people from Delhivery but they said we have no information as we have given the products to warehouse. And no one is taking responsibility. The HnM people should look into it as the products were picked from my place and I should have gotten the refund for that.
