- Complaint about internet issue and given false promises, due to major issue of an internet i lost my client and deny to work with me and i suffered a loss of 25000INR. Also 3 times vodafone agents pickedup the call in customer service and no one answering and i heard a noice of talking and passing jokes, laughing etc…
- This is not the first time i am having internet issues. Everytime when i asked for solution of the problem, i have been answered that our team is working and issue will resolve in 7 days and many more false promises just to void calls.
- i have made the whole documents ready where vodafone has all the proof with screenshot how the internet issue caused. Every minutes screenshots i have.
- if i will not get any kind of help then i have to take legal actions against that.
- changing service provider is not the solution, i have been paying good amount everymonth.
