Text of Complaint by Loveena Arora:

I have ordered two pair of shoes of asian company. One of grey colour and one of green colour   i had ordered size uk 6 of both the shoes. Grey one i received it was of size uk 5 and green one of uk 7. I tried to convey this to paytm but no executive was available. Finally i was able to contact them through customer support after the delivery boy posted about delivery after 3 hours of actually delivering!! They told me to send me pictures and all again . I sent them twice. They said my issue will be resolved by 23/08 but it was not even  after so many requests . Finally on 24th of August i iot message about pickup by 26/8 . Then on 25th evening i got the message that it can’t be picked up and return is rejected because the shoes being damaged but actually the pickup was not attempted. Finally they said your address was incomplete. If it was incomplete how was delivery done and they could have called just like they did in case of delivering. But now they are giving same excuse of address and not listening the complaint. My money is wasted and shoes are a complete waste. What should i do??
