I have received two transactions of Rs.500 on 2nd May 2023 and Rs.60000 on 3rd May 2023. As per paytm ,amount of rs.500 was settled in my bank account but i never received this amount as of now and in second Transaction of Rs.60000,paytm settled only Rs.53990 in my account .
I have contacted paytm and raised multiple. Complains with paytm they informed me that Rs.5101 amount deducted for past transactions as mdr charges as paytm was unable to deduct these charges in past due to technical issue with paytm end.
But in past when I received any transaction,the charges were showing Rs.0 so i accept these transactions
Paytm never intimated me about these charges.
Due to technical issue from paytm end in past,now why customer has to borne these charges
Please help in amount getting amount of rs.5101 refunded as paytm is denying to refund this amount back to me
