Hello,

My number 9227695868 which I am using for last 3 years as a postpaid number is inactive for last 10days because of address verification invalid . Whereas the airtel representative who came checked the adhaar card twice at home . We went to the airtel store 10times and each time they tell me that there is some technical error from their side and I need to wait. No help is being provided even from 121 support. Even the appellate mail I tried but failed to resolve my issue. I just request to port my number and pay for the inconvenience caused to me because of your incompetence.  I am extremely disappointed with the airtel family and want to port all my 5 connections. My father who is 74 years old is using the number and he is having inconvenience to no limit.
