I am lodging a complaint against TalkCharge regarding their failure to allow me to utilize the balance in my wallet despite fulfilling the terms of their 100% cashback offer.
On 13th Feb 2023, I availed of TalkCharge’s offer to receive a 100% cashback on loading money into my TalkCharge wallet and keeping it there for one year. As per the offer, I loaded Rs. 5000 into my TalkCharge wallet and received monthly cashback credits totaling to Rs. 6316 over the course of 12 months. Consequently, my wallet balance stands at Rs. 11301.
However, despite having a substantial balance in my TalkCharge wallet, I have been unable to utilize any portion of it for the past three months. Every attempt to use the balance has been met with failure, and despite lodging multiple complaints with the company, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution.
This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as I am effectively locked out of accessing the funds that rightfully belong to me. I demand immediate action from TalkCharge to rectify this issue and allow me to utilize the balance in my wallet as per the terms of the offer.
I urge TalkCharge to provide a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter, failing which I will have no choice but to pursue legal recourse to obtain redress for the financial loss and mental distress caused by their negligence.
