In March 2019 we changed our Telco provider from Vodafone to Spark because we opted for fibre, ultrafast broadband. Vodafone were notified, but have chosen to ignore this. The change over was quite slow and tortuous. In March we still payed Vodafone but Spark was providing the service. We have tried on many occasions to contact Vodafone to clarify the situation. Eventually, in early April, a phone call resulted in acknowledgement that Vodafone was not our provider, and a refund of $82.98 was payed to our credit account , because we had overpayed.. Since this time we have been constantly harassed for payment of allegedly unpayed bills.
