I invest my savings in Paytm gold and when need arises, redeem them for my needs. This time i wanted some money urgently and attempted to get some by selling the gold. However, strangely the paytm is asking to choose another bank account as my account seems to be attached to some other gold investment. I raised a complaint in the last week of June 2022. A ticket id was issued- 22078489190. It is still unresolved and i have facing mental torture for not able to pay.
