Text of Complaint by Dhananjay Chavan:

I have a Airtel Broadband connection that I am not using for last three months and will not be using in foreseeable future. But I am unable to disconnect as there is no provision on either Airtel App or on their website to do so. In effect, I am paying for services that I am not using.

My airtel broadband number is 2046305317
