Sub: Complaint regarding withdrawal of money from SB account and credit card in the name of PAYTM KYC Verification-Reg .
Ref:1. My Saving Bank account No.30272457087 of SBI APMC branch New Mondha Nanded.
2. SBI Visa Credit No.4726 4275 8612 5650
I under signed holding above Saving bank account and credit card in my name…And have received SMS on 01.05.2020 at 13.16 hrs from BZ-INFIND stating that DEAR USER, YOUR P.YATM K-Y-C has expire today please call customer care no. 9433724833 immediately your P.YATM account suspen 24hrs. Thank you.
As per that again on 02.05.2020 call received from 9433724833 they asked me to update KYC for that follow the procedure and asked me to open play store and install Pay TM Quick support as per that I have installed TEAM VIEWER QUICK SUPPORT APP Then I got ID no.1649 644 055 then asked me to allow his link as per that I have allowed the link and START NOW pressed.
Afterwards he asked me to open Google and asked me to press on login to Pay TM then asked me enter mobile no .9423472737 and Password……And asked to enter OTP from messages box .
After entering the same received at 11.03 hrs SMS from VM-ipaytm: Paytm never calls you asking for OTP sharing it with anyone gives them full access to your Paytm Wallet. Your login OTP is 149571.
Again at 11.11hrs received SMS from VM-ipaytm : Paytm never calls you asking for OTP sharing it with anyone gives them full access to your Paytm Wallet. Your login OTP is 979599.
At 11.11 hrs received SMS from AX-SBICARD that 688521 is the OTP for Trxn. of Rs.1.00 at PAYTM with your SBI Credit card ending 5650.OTP is valid for 10 mins . Do not share it with anyone.
At 11.23 hrs received SMS from AX-SBICRD That 767464 is the OTP for Trxn. Of Rs.20,000.00 at cash free payment with your SBI Credit Card ending 5650.OTP is valid for 10mins. Do not share it with anyone.
At 11.26 hrs recived SMS from AX-SBICRD that 223167 is the OTP for Trxn.of Rs.5000.00 at PAYTM with your SBI Credit card ending 5650.OTP is valid for 10 mins.Do not share it with anyone.
Meanwhile i treid to contact several times. with SBI HELPLINE NO.18601801290 noone responded.
Again at 11.28 hrs received SMS from BH-SBICRD that 946219 is the OTP for Trxn. Of Rs.4,999.00 at PAYTM with your SBI Credit card ending 5650. OTP is valid for 10mins.
At 11.32 hrs received SMS from BH-SBICRD that 041215 is the OTP for Trxn.of Rs.20.000.00 at Cash Free payment with your SBI Credit card ending 5650. OTP is valid for 10mins .Do not share it with anyone.
At 11.46 hrs received SMS from BH-SBICRD that Dear SBI card holder, TXN of Rs.20,000.00 on card ending with XX5650 at CashFree Payment has been declined due to insufficient credit limit on 02.05.20.Your current available limit is Rs:4,121.20. Please call us at 18601801290/39020202 for information and credit limit.
At the same time one more message received that 111127 is the OTP for transaction of Rs.4,000.00 at MOBIKWIK with your SBI Credit Card ending 5650. OTP is valid for 10 mins do not share it with any one .
At 11.53 hrs one more message received that 111127 is the OTP for transaction of Rs.4,000.00 at MOBIKWIK with your SBI Credit Card ending 5650.OTP is valid for 10mins do not share it with anyone .
At 13.11hrs SMS received from BP-ipaytm that Paid Rs.4735 to Amrit store on May 2, 2020 13 .11.24 with reference :29767417040 for more details, visit https://paytm.me/NjJ-Ww3.
At 13.13 hrs SMS received from BP – iPaytm that paid Rs: 220.00 to Amrit Store on May 2, 2020 13.13.23 with reference: 29767443831 for more details, visit https://paytm.me/DtTW-w3.
Afterwards hacker has turned to my above Saving Bank account No.30272457087 and received SMS at 11.40 hrs from VM-SBIINB that OTP to approve transaction of Rs 15,000.0000 from your account No. ending 7087 to PASFAR TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD- b- 2 C is 31016380. Do not share with anyone.
At 11.48 hrs from VM-SBIINB that OTP to approve transaction of Rs.15,000 from your account No. 7087 to BALANCEHERO INDIA PVT LTD is 27036259. Do not share with anyone.
At 11.54 hrs from VM-SBIINB that OTP to approve transaction of Rs. 15, 000.0000 from your account No.ending 7087 to PASFAR TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD- B- 2C is 93963784. Do not share with anyone.
At 11.57 hrs from VM- SBIINB that OTP to approve transaction of Rs. 9900.00 from your account No. ending 7087 to AMAZONE is 26596637. Do not sharr with anyone.
At 11.40 hrs from VM- SBIINB that OTP to approve transaction of Rs. 15, 000.0000 from your account No. ending 7087 to PASFAR TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD- b-2C is 31016380. Do not share with anyone.
At 13.03 from VM-SBIINB that OTP to approve transaction of Rs. 5,000 from your account No. ending 7087 to Talk Charge enterprises is 20199638. Do not share with anyone.
This is the sequence of how the hacker had hacked my account and credit card. Kindly lodge a complaint and acknowledge the same and find out the right culprit and credit back my sweat amount to above accounts earlier please.
Total amount hacked from SBI account No.30272457087 is Rs. 9,900.00 (Nine thousand nine hundred only)
Total amount hacked from CREDIT CARD No. 4726 4275 8612 5650 is Rs. 38,121.00 ( Thirty-eight thousand one hundred twenty one only) approximately.
