In the airtel app they showed a pack of 448rs and when I recharged it the amount was debited from my account but the recharge was not done but the amount was debited from my account n then a filled a complaint and later on I got a message that the amount will be given back within 4hrs but it’s been long now like more than 12hrs but I haven’t received the money ….and this a very bad way treating the customers and cheating them their money if this continues I will port my no

I have been cheated by airtel company in airtel app they showed 448rs pack and when I recharged my money was debited but the recharge was not done they told that this pack is not available and dint even return my money now I lost 448 rs i would want it back
