Dear sir,
I got an offer at rupees 2999 a samsung mobile at FLIP FESTIVAL and pay though paytm but I came to know that amount had been used to purchase gift voucher.
Now it is showing in paytm pass book but can not pay to merchant or bill pay. ❓
