my name is mojjafar ali sekh and my paytm account number is 8690010296. this is for the payment I made to a merchant for a service but the service was not delivered and no refund were initiated till date. I want to raise a chargeback request against the merch. Please I want you to proceed it with as soon as possible as the amount was sent 1 months ago and still no solution is provided to me.
