At 24/03/2020 i recharge RS:149 for airtel no: 8122801633 but not recharge my airtel mobile number. i select 149 RS/- pack in airtel webpage and i select SBI netbanking its get redirect to SBI my account, once i receive OTP i given to conform the payment and SBI webpage get redirect to Airtel webpage. in airtel webpage shows error try after sometime please see the “ERROR” in attachment i attached that webpage screen short and in SBI my account DEBITED RS:149/- but not recharge in my airtel mobile number . on the day (24/03/2020) i call to airtel customer care but she not response properly and she said not receive any request from SBI, after that i raised online complaint in SBI regarding this and i explain what i do the process, but today(31/03/2020) they send SMS transaction has successful  please see the “SMS” and “BANK transaction details  screen short” i highlighted ref no in screenshort.i wait for 7 days but no action taken regarding for this in airtel customer care, so today (31/03/2020) i recharge same above mention airtel no : 8122801633 RS:149/- through paytm and i got recharge successfully. so i need refund my amount whatever i paid at 24/03/2020 revoke back in the same bank account..
