In Mobikwik Application added 10000 rupees and when am trying scan and pay at marchant places it’s asking me to complete KYC,
I tried to do KYC through its reflecting your adhaar number linked to another Mobikwik wallet and same I raised ticket on application and they are simply saying we can’t do anything..
So, My 10000 their in application i can’t retrieve back can’t purchase from app and can’t transfer to bank. I asked them if i signed in with different mobile number so let you people close that account and enable to present mobile number..
They were supporting me for my question.please do help
