In February, I purchased your Airtel black plan and your salesperson guides us that this plan will going for two month but after one month bill had started. Although I have to pay one month bill in one shot. Then I have received one another after one month that is April and their amount was too high as per my plan. Then we were connected to your customer care. Then I got to know that DTH plan also included but I didn’t get and use your DTH plans. so that is why I did not pay this bill so from your side. My broadband service suspended from 11th May so I had taken a new prepaid plan that is ‘rental plan’ for six month. Due to not pay previous plan, my current plan barred from your side. Here culprit is your salesperson.
Overall my Moto is please switch on my current service otherwise deduct previous amount from my current amount. Give it to me remaining amount and I will switch your service to another brand. My semester exam is going on and you guys are doing hell. So, please look into this and do needful.
