I had booked the tickets for Abu Road to Bandra on 1st feb ,while booking the timings were departure from Abu Rd at 4.50 pm and arival to bandra next day evening..i took the screenshort of it,when i booked for conformation it showed morning 4.30 departure from abu and same day arival ..the train number was same so there is no issue from my side there is an issue from IRCTC..on cancelation my Rs 240 were deducted ,on trying to conform the issue with them the customer manager denied their mistake and disagrees to take responsiblity of the error….I have the screen shorts of the booking before and after and the way they are replying me on the mail….Pease look in to the matter as its not just about the money but the error been occured with the site and the approch of hireups
