We have ordered a washing machine from Amazon and they have given delivery date 21.3.2023. They are supposed to call us before 30 minutes of delivery. But he called reaching our street and i asked t0 wait for 30 minutes and he denied. We called Amazon and delivery agent several times till 9 PM and they did not share any proper information till 5PM. At 5 PM when we called delivery agent he said he will be delivering the product on next day. We husband and wife took leave for collecting this and arranged two persons to take the product upstairs. We paid one day wage to them. So we have to get those wages, Our one day salary and compensation for the delay in washing our cloths.
