I have paid 199/- for the number 9686038210 at 7.53pm. On 10/03/2019. But till today it is not yet recharged. So if I enquiry of recharge person he shows track Id 695352367. Ie he shows SMS that is paid. But my outgoing calls have not started. So we are really confused what to do for this problem. Kindly sort out this as soon as possible.
