I have ordered a Mobile phone Poco X5 (8GB-256GB-Supernova Green) in exchange for my poco f1 and made a full payment ₹13,797. on date 26th May 2023
on the 29th while tracking my order online I came to know that my product is out for delivery.
29th morning I received a call from a Flipkart delivery agent saying that my order can’t be delivered as our center is the small center and we don’t have a technician so i (the customer) has to go to his office and meet the manager he will check my poco f1 which was for exchange. and if he found it satiasfactroy then he will acccept the phone and deliver the new phone but this process can be done on next day (30th of may) only.
i specifically asked the delivery agent that this is the 1st time i am experiencing this problem as in all my previous orders i always get door step delivery and pick up as well.
but he denied and he continued to try to convince me to come to his delivery office and pickup the phone.
with this I found something fishy in this process so immediately I contacted Flipkart customer care and raised my complaint to him that something fishy is happening with my order.
he told us that we are raising your issue and you do not have to do anything we promised doorstep delivery and the product will be delivered to you. so i kept calm for the next 24hour and again i got a message on my Flipkart that my order was rejected during delivery that was wrong as no one has appeared on the delivery address to deliver any product. again I called customer care and told the same. he told we are putting comments and by 1st June we will try to resolve your issue. please wait.
again on 30th morning, i got WhatsApp msg from Flipkart support that your order delivery attempt failed you to re-attempt the delivery or you want to cancel the order.
this was shocking to me as none of the agents called me or contacted me on the 30th for delivery. so again i called customer care and told them about the issues whatever was happening.
they told me to wait till 2nd June and they told me that complaint had been filed against the delivery agent for misconduct.
again on the evening of 30th May i received the same message from Flipkart support regarding the failed attempt at delivery and asking if I want to cancel my order or want to request a reattempt the delivery.
again in the evening i called customer care and was told that the delivery agent is misleading the customer and the company both. they told me that they are checking online and my order is still in process they will try to make it delivered.
but to my surprise on the 31st early morning, i got the message that my order is canceled and a refund is initiated. again i called customer care they told me the order is canceled from seller end i was not convinced and raised my concern that the product was out for delivery on the 29th and suddenly how the seller will cancel my order.
they told sorry and they cant do anything now.
I am strongly disappointed by the improper handling of my order and keeping me and my order hanging for 2 days and making false promises every time I call customer care.
mobile is a very necessary thing in this era and I suffered for 3 days waiting to get my mobile.
company continuously misguided me to hide their delivery agents’ fault and glitch of their system.
