Text of Complaint by Madhuri Mishra:

Recently, I bought a Dinesmart Dinnerware from Amazon worth rupees 2049. But when the delivery came the plates inside the box were heavily damaged. Out of 6 plates only one or two survived. So I exchanged it but the second time also after being cancelling my exchange request for 3 times the order which was delivered to me was damaged, two plates were broken. It is very frustrating  as such a big company is not handling the product carefully. I contacted their customer service and they told me that they will take care of packing and protection of my product but there was no difference in packaging between both orders.

So I request you please teach them a lesson as I have wasted a lot of time in trusting their fool employees.
