Hi,
My name is Boomessh V and I reside in Bangalore. I use a Vodafone number 9886943748 for the past 15 years. Since I hold it for more than 15 years I want to retain it even though I have another Vodafone number which is 7829126319.
Since the usage is very less I wish to convert it to a prepaid plan and visited a near by Gandhi bazaar Vodafone store, the guys there told me to change it to a different plan 199 (on feb 16 2019). I said ok , after enquiring whether the national roaming was free and they told yes it is free. They did not give any acknowledgement. I was shocked to see the billing amount as rs.500+ and plan was changed to super 249 which has no national roaming free.
I called their support on 13 March 2019 and spoke with three different persons 1. Gaurav Krishna, Neha and Gunaina and finally with Harish to change my plan to another plan.
the support they provided was not useful as I main intention was to reduce the billing amount , you can check it the last 6 months billing for this number and all of a sudden the bill amount was rs500+, I mentioned that I cannot pay more for someone’s negligence but they did not give heed to …I asked them for some higher official who can take decisions but they did not provide me…
kindly let me know how to get support for this improper billing and change in plan without intimation.
