Impact radius is an online affiliate platform where brands and partners meets, i registered on it and contracted with the brands, and generated sales for them and they paid me i contracted with the brands and in the contract there was if i brings sales to their website and generates sales and bring customer i’ll get commission from them and it was as like this – if i generates a sale, its commission will be shown into the impact dashboard and after a month the sale will be locked and then sent to my impact balance from the brand but as from that, i had 3 brands which was Bluehost, web.com, bloom.io. one of the brand complaint against me to the impact radius and due to which the compliance team of impact radius seized my account for verification and they asked me documents so i uploaded the documents and verification got completed and now they are saying that the pending amount will be sent back to the brand as well the balance amount will also be reversed.
1. Balance should not be reversed as it was correct because i brought the customers as well to the brands and it is not my concern that the customer is continuing the service from the brand or not its not my fault this is the fault they’ve given to the compliance team.
2. Pending amount too should not be reversed as because the brand have the locking time of around 30 days or more to verify the sale and if the sale is wrong they may reverse that. they are doing wrong thing with me. as of now it is delayed around 14 days and there is no status from impact radius and whenever i try to contact them, they just closes my ticket and with a negligible reply.
