Lenovo K8 Note purchased through Amazon India Order Id 171-4503715-9302722 purchased on 11th May 2020 stopped working(Display was blank) during July 2020, Since nationwide lockdown was in at that time I could not contact the Lenovo service centre but by August 2020 I stepped in to my nearest service centre and requested for warranty service but they cannot find my IMEI no in their database and could not do anything further.
So that I contacted Amazon customer care and provided the Invoice, Warranty Slip and other relevent details to them to further investigate, then after a few days later I called Amazon Customer care and enquired the status then and they had asked me for a service denial letter from the Lenovo authorised Service centre and I Provided the same to them in a week then in a few days of time I again contacted them and that time they asked me for the Photos of the Phone (Front and Rear), I provided the same.
As said in the above statement I have provided all the required documents to Amazon in this regard but still Amazon is not providing me proper response and every time I have to contact them to enquire about the status, Till date I had not not received any call from Amazon’s side.
Still a Ticket is open in Amazon’s side in this case
