Text of Complaint by Pravin Yadav:

I have purchased Nord 2 Pacman edition on 4 April and from day one i am facing issue purchasing OnePlus care plan and diagnose this phone with OnePlus app or website seems this IMEI no doesn’t below to this model no and I also send many emails with detail and screenshots and didn’t get any solution and also submitted my device OnePlus delhi NSP Service centre but they also didn’t provide solutions I have requested to OnePlus to replacement my device but still no solution I am attaching some screenshots for reference
