my flight ticket was booked in 2019 and booking was of April 2020 but due to covid I cancelled it and full refund was going to get but I’m waiting for my refund since 5 months till now Paytm has not given my refund they just give a me a date and they don’t give refund and there customer care executives just talk in bad words even they give multiple dates but still not got any refund now I request u case file against Paytm and I have running loans which emi I could not pay due to financial crisis so Paytm should pay for it and also harashed me mentally several times
