Text of Complaint by S. DPANDEY:

Dear Airtel Top Management Team,
 
Greeting Of the Day!!!
 
Today I visited your good earth city center gurgaon store, I’m very surprise and disappointed with the customer services.however, My sim card was not working from last night, when I visited in side the store I met with customer service executive. I make my complaint to him regarding the network issue,he has given me reply very politely and said submit your legal document, that time I was agreed with him, then I told him, I want to talk to your store Manager regarding the same becouse its my emergency number I can’i stop connectivity of this mobile number, he called to the manager in few minutes I discussed with Manager, she was very positive and polite and she has given me all the information regarding the replacement of new sim cad,therebetween I told her i’m the authorize person of my company and my mail is resisted with airtel. If you want to confirmation through mail i’m sending you mail initially, you can verify my all documents and change my sim asap because it’s my emergency contact number I want this number continue asap.
 
She denied to check the documents and replace,she said we need all documents physically which is we have already submitted to airtel earlier, then we will replace this sim.
 
 I was very shocked the authorize signatory of company is physically present and sending confirmation mail through registered   mail id and submitting old sim physically, they people are still denting to reissue new sim against of old sim. I was continuing discussed with store manager to resolve this problem, one of customer care executive standing behind me and using very bad language (tere ko kya problam hai tujhe jo karna h kar le nahi hogi sim change, and he is threatening me in local language key karega tu karle tane jo karna h) I felt veryguilty in front of store manager and other customers,somehow, one of old gentlemen came to me and said you are right but you can’t do anything better submit your document on Monday and resolve the matter, I called to the manager kindly provide me the name of executive and employee id who has misbehaved with me and used abuse language,so that I can sent a feedback to the top management.

I’M requesting you to kindly look into this matter seriously and give me what action you have taken against of above mentioned employee else I’ll make FIR against of company. I”m very very disappointed in front of other customers and Air-tel customer service staff. Is this kind of customer service providing  India’s largest telecomcompany.
 
I would like to asked few questions from air tel management. 
  1. Is this is the way of talking to the customer ?
  2. If registered mail id is not valid to communicate any information why company hasregister mail id or asking send mail through registered mail id to communicate any information?
  3. If we have already subtitled all the document to the company why they’re asking submit documents again and reissue new sim?
  4. If sim is not working orout of order it’s customer problem or airtel company problem why should I submit documents again and suffer my connectivity if my mail id is registered with airtel?
  5. If i’mauthorized signatory of my company why they didn’t verify my document and signature or valid mail ?
