I’m unable to send a sms & when i am calling to cutomer care IVR say you dont have a balance to make call and no option is responding on mobile dialpad.

I want to port out my number from Airtel to other teleservices but as i said i’m unable send the sms. My recharge is remaining for 2 more days if i will not get port out sms then next month i have to recharge again for the same. Please resolve ASAP.
