Text of Complaint by Tarun:

I did 2 Factor Authentication support by Google (2FA) and unfortunately lost the link in the google authenticator. now I can’t even login or deposit or withdraw from my account. I have my money rupees 25,500 already in the account but I can’t access my account.
I tried taking help from the customer complaint service department of 1xbet but they are no use.
I mailed around 5 times already in the last 15 days but not getting any response and now I got to know that I even am not getting any ticket for sending mail which is supposed to be automatically from the 1xbet end.
I’m fed up and I just want a little help that 1xbet deactivate 2FA on my account and let me play again.

You will have to provide them with the description of the situation, your gaming ID, photo of the document which you provide while registration, photo of the piece paper on which you write by hand today’s date + a request to disable two-factor + account id.
