I have complained many times in Vodafone that I’m not getting proper speed in my area in Vodafone but till date no resolution. Every time they just closed the previous complaint and open a new one. And when it comes to bill they wanted me to pay the full bill when I asked them that I will not pay the bill for those days when I am not able to use the services properly. The customer care executive denied and talked to me so rudely that I have to pay the whole bill whether I have used the services or not.
