Hi, My name is Aman Kumar Mondal and I belong from middle class family. I’m writing this to let everyone know about the MIUI companies doing fraud to their customers those who are users of Poco X3 pro I’m sorry to say that your poco X3 pro soon will be dead. I have purchased poco X3 pro from Flipkart in the month of October 2021 and after using 1 and half year my phone has been dead suddenly while charging, I tried many times to open the screen but it doesn’t work after that. After 2 days I went to Mi service center and let them know about the situation of my phone, they have told me that the motherboard has been dead and need to replace with accurate one because my phone warranty was over and for the new motherboard it will cost around 9000 INR, now I was really disappointed and I don’t have that much money to repair my mobile. I have purchased that mobile in 18k and if i spent 9 k only for the motherboard then I think this MI companies are making fool to their customers who are believing on thier product. Middle class family like us who are saving their money from long time so that we could be able to purchase phone and after bought the product this is what we getting in the form of consequences.
