I’ve registered myself for Paytm KYC Point centre, for that I’ve bought a scanning machine worth RS 1600, from the Paytm Company and they’ve given me warranty of 6 months, but now after 1 month of buying the Machine the machine doesn’t work and I’m trying to call the agent who sold me the machine they’re not coming to my shop and solving my problem, from the past 5 days, I can’t do any KYC of the customer, So I request you to please check the issue and get back to me.

And due to this every time I’ve to face abuses of the people who come to do KYC at my shop.
