Text of Complaint by Mayank:

On my Vodafone number I bought year long “Unlimited Calls Local + STD”. I’m recently charged 22 rupees in the name of a number starting with 18#####, it’s an Indian number, ICICI bank helpline number. Where did you say that I can use your service, pay for unlimited calling but on some numbers you’ll still charge me. Was there any ‘*’ of Terms and Conditions mentioned in the plan description that I missed? No, I haven’t, because there isn’t any terms and conditions mentioned in your plan description. Then how can you deduct anything without prior informing the customer. This act of yours fully qualify the definition of fraud. This is really frustrating. I’m really sick of Vodafone now. This is not done. Doesn’t matter if it was 2 rupees or 2000, it os just not done.
You should refund this amount ASAP.
