1. I received SMS from Vi (previously known as Vodafone/Idea Cellular) claiming that “Thank you for choosing to access FUN PORTAL, You have been charged Rs. 20”
2. I have never used any of their VAS services, not even their FUN PORTAL.
3. I’ve been illegally charged. Please reverse this charge of Rs. 20 immediately and stop this malpractice.
