Hi Sir/ Madam –

This is to inform you that, Paytm Management has illegally put pressure to resign from the system stating role redundancy

( Paytm has decided to end the contract of my current role as Program Manager ( This means you acknowledge that it is no longer required for work – through no fault of employees and this decision has taken on the name of Cost Saving eventually even after making great work till date on paper. Typically it is because of a financial turndown for the business and cost saving inside Paytm the decision was taken..

The following below are the pointers we spoke about and require confirmation before putting down the paper in the elevator

–> August full Month’s salary on 30th Aug 23 ( Post confirmation, resignation will be initiated)
–> Full mothe salary for Sept 23 & Oct 23 ( as per notice Contract )
–> on a Pro rata basis Leave enhancement till Jan 23 to Aug 30 as a FnF
