I ordered JBL speaker with Bluetooth combo of Rs 1700 on 8.08.2020 and I received the item today.The item is not of JBL and it is damaged old and headset also not up to the mark(normal headset given).They have given one A2DP damaged item .I need justice for this illegal activity of ESSENTIAL SME.The number given for customers concern 7042360404 also not reachable and. Switched off.Kindly take action for this kind of unlawful activity and against the product sellers.I need my money back or the ordered orginal item.Dont cheat the customers of this pandemic situation as they are unable to do offline purchase.Take action for this activity.I hope and believe I will get justice soon..
