I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN USING VODAFONE SINCE IT WAS STARTED AS HUTCH
NOW THE SERVICES ARE VERY POOR . THEY HAVE ACTIVATED VALUE ADDED PACK IN THE MIDNIGHT OF 17/11/18 AND DEDUCTED RS. 60/- WITHOUT ANY CONCENT .WHEN I CAME TO KNOW FROM THEIR SMS ON NEXT DAY I SEND SMS TO CUSTOMER CALL CENTER ON 9820405901 FOR THEIR ILLEGAL ACT . THEY HAVE DEACTIVATED THAT PLAN BUT NOT REFUNDING THE AMOUNT . THIS IS A NORMAL PRACTICE OF VODAFONE NOW A DAYS.
