Sir,
1) i am using TATA SKY DTH services from last 10 months.
2)on 24th of October 2019,i lodged a request to re-install my Tata sky connection.
3)as per their policy they have to attend with in 24 hours but no one was attended.i calld to one of my frnd and he installed on 25 Oct 19.
4)on 30 Oct 19 ,Tata sky officials was charged 300 in the name of re installation.
5) while i registered a complaint regarding this issue “Miss Neha” saying like “if their delear says than ,they will charge what ever they need ..this is the reply from miss Neha from tata sky.
6) i am a defence service personnel,and this is the problem wt they are created .plz kindly do needful
