Hi,
Just wanted to bring to your notice that companies like PatTm is looting people’s money by applying by default charges.
I have been booking movie tickets from apps based services from years but for the first time I realised that Paytm charges by default cancellation protection which I believe is illegal- like airlines they can offer service but should not make compulsory for everyone to pay.
This I believe is pure looting and should be corrected.. I don’t want my refund but paytm should correct the system..
paytm is filling pockets banking purely on people making this mistake of not deselecting this option.. and later they will harass consumer by making them wait on customer care call for hours..
