There was an international roaming pack that was automatically activated on my mobile number 7738244346 on 12th Dec. On reciving the activation messgae, I deactivated the plan on 19th Dec using the airtel mobile application. On generation of the the bill in the next cycle on 9th Jan, there were these roaming charges of Rs 3000. I called Airtel customer care on 10th Jan complaint about the charges and they said the charges are valid. I asked them to give me details about how when and why this international roaming pack was acitivated on my number. The response was they registered a callback service and told this would be provided to you. After waiting for a week and receiving no callback, I called the customer care and asked them about the issue, to which the response was the charges are valid and issue was resolved.
After making several efforts to get clarity on my bill amount, Airtel is not taking any action.
