I have never taken any loan from this establishment and always followed basic cyber hygiene & avoided passing any kind of sensitive information to calls or emails or links. However, upon recent cibil investigation, I found that there is an existing loan that is showing under this establishment name for my Pan number. And it seems this amount is active since a while now. I would like to get this escalated as the northern arc or IIFR Capital customer service is not reachable. I would like to raise a case and take it to any step to accuse this fraud activity.
