Myself Durga Jayanth SEETHAMSETTY, Last Year 2022 I moved to India completely from Australia after having studied for a Bachelor of Accounting in Australia, however, while I applied to many jobs, they are considering MBA so I applied MBA through IGNOU but I submitted all the documents and paid amount of Rs16000. But they sent discrepancies twice even though I have submitted all the documents as well. I studied BSc hotel management in 2007 at Vinayaka Mission University Salem, India. I rang to help desk the person asked me for the hall ticket or student id card which is from 2007 but I sent a migration certificate and essential documents. when I am applying, they haven’t mentioned any of these documents. On 23rd May 2023 I applied for the MBA course on next day they sent me discrepancies at that time the person over the phone told me to cancel the programme we can’t issue admission even he said I will get email, but I haven’t gotten anything, so I emailed them on 25th May 2023 to cancel the programme. Regarding the email, they sent me about the programme was cancelled by me, but they are unable to offer me the admission due to discrepancies. Till today they haven’t sent me any sort of refund. How can they charge full amount of money for the entire course if they want to offer the admission at least they have to charge admission fee, but they charged me entire course and not replying or sent any refund. I’m calling to them, but they are not answering the calls and not responding the emails as well. I’m in big financial problem kindly please issue my refund. Even my surname is also wrong as SEETHAMSETY instead of SEETHAMSETTY. kindly please solve the issue
