I am a January 2022 admission MBA student in IGNOU. This is a complaint against my re-evaluation result as well as the paper corrections and evaluations of IGNOU.

In first semester, June Term End Exam I got D grade in MMPC002 (Human Resource Management), which means I failed. But I was sure that I have written for a better grade so I applied for re-evaluation and brought my paper too with a total payment of Rs.850/- (Rs.750 for re-evaluation and Rs.100 for paper). I am a part time teacher who is taking classes for Bcom students as well. So after seeing my paper, I can 100% say I should have passed and got a better grade. But even after re-evaluation, grade didn’t changed. So when I try to compliant against it in IGNOU, there is no option for it.

This is a clear violence of rights, as an MBA student in IGNOU we are paying Rs.16000/- per semester and additional of Rs.200/- per paper. But for passing a paper, we have to do re-evaluation. Its like a must in IGNOU, its clear cut cheating of students. Most students pay re-evaluation fees for all subjects and most times their grade changes from even D to A. That means its poor evaluation from their side, so there should be a system for refund in that case as well. I had a good hope while joining IGNOU, but now I have lost it as I understood what’s happening here. In addition to semester fees, IGNOU is trying to grab Rs.1000/- and more per paper from students in the form of re-evaluation, paper and re-writing exams. Even we dont have proper forum to complain against these paper evaluations in IGNOU.

I am having my paper in pdf form. I am ready to submit it in case of verification.
Please look into this matter immediately. I wish I recieve justice!
