I ordered a product from woodland website with the order number OR-3704238 and AWB: 29336211534341 which I got on 31 july 2025. But I was facing size issues thats why I mailed them multiple times and even called on customer care service but they did not respond as if they don’t care about their customers. This type of act by such a big name ‘woodland’ is a shame. Kindly I request for the return of the above mentioned item and refund it as soon as possible within the time frame of the company’s return policy that is only 10 days from the order delivery. Please address my grievance for the order number OR-3704238.
