Text of Complaint by ROOPESHWAR NAIK:

I have made the recharge of 999 rs as it was a annual budget plan by mistaken, but later on I tried to add some more channels but only token was generated but nothing has happened, then I called the customer care they told me to recharge again and then add the channel. So I again recharged around 370 approx. but I am facing the same issue again and again. So I want either they should refund me or help me to resolve my issue.
