I have a Tecsox Tecpod Max earbud. It was delivered 2 weeks later after I pressured the company by calls, even they rejected/ignored. Now, the earbuds are defective and I want to register a warranty claim. The company has totally ghosted from every communications. I’m really concerned about it. These like companies should not exist.
