From the second day of installation, my machine was moving and sounding vigorously during the spin cycle.
We called the service person and informed. He came inspected and said the floor was uneven so pls get a stand from us, so that the washing machine will be levelled and there will be no shaking hereafter.
But after a week the same problem persisted and we called him again.
He came and then removed the stand saying let it stand on the floor. I have adjusted the screws and there will be no more shaking.
The machine was moving and shaking during spin cycle sideways as always but not vigorously. So i didnt bother much. But as time passed there was so much of shaking and the machine dashed the side cupboards as it was moving vigorously.
We registered a complaint and they said the suspension is the problem. We will change and give. Here after there will be no complain.
The machine was bought only atthe end of December 2021( 17/12/21 ) The suspension was changed on 2022.
The problem is still there and the service men are not properly giving me the solution for machine vibration and shaking.
They just come adjust the screws and says here after there will be no shaking. Its been years and i have made the same complaint time after time and still no solution.

I am facing this problem from the second week of purchase of the machine. All i was given was a temporary solution but not a permanent solution.
Due to continuous vibration and dashing, the machine too will get damage and who is going totake responsibility of the machine?
We have been a customer of ifb for the last five years and still couldn’t get a proper solution for our problem.
