IFB Top Load Washing Machine – Customer ID – 21347789 – Secunderabad – Telangana 500015.
We have purchased the IFB washing machine as said above model in February 2022, From the purchase of the month onwards every month issues and regularly service men use to come and do as there routine things. But it is not at all resolving the issue.

We are not using washing machine new, prior to this IFB product we used almost 8 years of LG front load washing machine without any issues, I hardly remember one or two issues for motor related and that was resolved permanently. I don’t know where to start and how to end about the WM issues.

Every week, sometimes weekly twice and thrice we use to call IFB CC and most of the times when we ask them to take a complaint for replacement they not even register for service request, I remember that day or that call they never ever even registered my compliant in any of the manner in your systems (either request nor compliant) because, I didn’t receive any ticket number.

For your reference I am giving service requests numbers, and most of the time I use to delete my messages and these are left over service request SMS which I saved and realised after 2 to 3 months of machine purchase, if i would know or have experience initially I would have save all the service request numbers.

Starting from Feb’2022 till date overall the washing machine we use hardly two months, remaining days it was kept aside as garbage box because it always not works and wait for the IFB service men. Every one at home they FED up with Worst product which is lying at my home with no use even not as GARBAGE box. At times even register compliant / SR no one use to turn on time.

As an end user of this product everyone at my home felt like hell because of this washing machine, I am paying every month my maid and laundry person in thousands of rupees for clothes washing. (Every time I felt this product will set and work as usual but it never works, I myself and everyone at my home lost their patience for this USELESS PRODUCT AT MY HOME LYING AT CORNER WITH NO USE. I STRONGLY URGE WE NEED THE REPLACEMENT OF THIS PRODUCT AT EARLIEST. GOING FORWARD I DON’T NEED ANY SERVICE GUY SHOULD COME AND DISTURUB US FOR REPAIR OF THE USELESS PRODUCT AGAIN AND AGAIN. ROUND THE CLOCK THEY COME AND DISTURB US BESIDE WASHING MACHINE ISSUE AND NO USE EVEN THEY COME AND WORK.

I NEED IMMEDIATE RESPONSE FOR REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT AND EXPECTED TIME, BASED ON THAT I HAVE MY OWN PREPARTATIONS FURTHER HOW TO PROCEED.
Product user of IFB (BAD EXPERIENCE even not even deserve for single star either for product, customer service and technical guy and regional head everyone whoever involved in it) None of them have an idea how bad experiencing with WORST PRODUCT.
